At Rebalance Health, Inc., we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it securely to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items for original condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
